convenient locationgreat servicebad soundproofdrunken people
the location is VERY convenient , close to the train station and city centre. The receptionist service was also great.
the soundproof is EXTREMELY bad. i could hear everything happening in the corridors. i heard drunken people outside the hotel and party people came back to their room at 3 am.

the location was central, a short walk from the town center. staff showed proper yorkshire hospitality, even preparing fresh coffee and croissants for me before my early departure. i saw this gesture as a genuine kindness.
the grab-and-go section in the lobby offered only one pastry option.

Fantastic Stay in the Grande Studio!

The team was very friendly, and the check-in process was quick! My room was a Grande Studio. It was clean, large, and very comfortable. The location is excellent. I was within easy walking distance of the train station.
I found the laminate flooring in the apartment noisy. Every step caused creaking, so it was difficult to move around without making some noise.

Independent air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room ensured comfortable temperatures! The bathroom included underfloor heating. complimentary coffee and hot chocolate was available in reception ensuring a warm welcome.

I had a friendly greeting at reception, giving an excellent first impression. Staff granted my request for a room upgrade, a lovely touch. The team members are amazing!!!

i found a clean space with all the amenities i needed. josh, the receptionist, greeted me late and was very friendly. he provided clear explanations. the location is great with shops just across the road.

The location was perfect. The room was spacious.
I found a few issues. The bathroom plug was stuck, a detail I reported to reception, however it remained unresolved. The floorboards creaked loudly beneath the laminate. The 'breakfast' was underwhelming, consisting of only croissants, mini milk cartons, and coffee, and no fruit as advertised.
